نه تنها به اصطلاح "ترکیه بزرگ" [حزب عدالت و توسعه] AKP بلکه کل سیستم چپاولگری نیز از هم فروپاشیده شده است!

می دانیم که نظام در هم ریخته بورژوایی در کشورهای توسعه نیافته نمی تواند و نخواهد توانست معیارهای اساسی بشردوستانه و دموکراتیک را برآورده نماید. به همین دلیل است که انقلاب دموکراتیک یا سرمایه داری بشردوستانه فقط می تواند فریبی باشد. در این کشورها، بورژوازی و امپریالیست های محلی کارگران را به صورت توده ای به سوی فاجعه می کشانند، حال آنکه خود آنها در حال ساختن زندگی های حفظ و حراست  شده ای در تجملات وافر هستند.

ملاحظاتی به مانند آمادگی در برابر بلایا، بازرسی ها و کنترل های لازم، مطالعات علمی برنامه ریزی شده و بلند مدت برای سرمایه داران داخلی و خارجی، و پیمانکاران خرده بورژوازی به مانند قارچ روییده شده، یا احزاب و سیاستمداران بورژوازی بیهوده رخ می نماید. منابع، صرف ثروتمندان می گردد، نه برای این مشاغل نجات بخش; هیچ احدی نمی تواند مانع از منافع روزانه و کوتاه مدت آنها گردد. سیاستمداران قصد دارند در قدرت بمانند و مدیران محلی و بوروکرات ها سهم منصفانه خود را از رشوه می گیرند. به این ترتیب، آنها مدام از زندگی کارگران دزدی می نمایند.

سرعت عمل، توانایی سازمانی، کارکنان آموزش دیده و مجرب، کمک های لازم... همه آنها بر باد رفته اند. نیازی به توضیح مفصل وضعیت اسفبار دولت بورژوازی نیست;  آن در رسانه های اجتماعی و کانال های تلویزیونی مخالف به تفصیل افشا شده است. اما باید توجه نمود که فروپاشی این سیستم پس از زلزله Maraş نمونه منحصر بفردی است که در تاریخ ماندگار خواهد ماند.

ترکیه، هائیتی، اندونزی یا کنگو نیست، این کشور دارای صنعت نسبتاً توسعه یافته، نیروی کار آموزش دیده و مهمتر از همه دارای بخش ساختاری قوی ای است. در این وضعیت، سطح ناتوانی نظام در ترکیه وقتی از دور به آن نگاه می‌شود شگفت‌انگیز است. اما به مثابه نمونه‌ای از قانون توسعه ناهموار و ترکیبی، حتی یک جرثقیل برای مداخله در خرابه ها با وجود امکانات پیشرفته تکنولوژیکی پیدا نمی شود، یا با وجود صدها هزار داوطلب که کاندیدای حرفه ای در جستجو و نجات سازی هستند، هزاران نفر در زیر آوار دارند برای کمک یابی فریاد میزنند ومی میرند. به طور خلاصه، شکاف های عظیمی بین پتانسیل جامعه و واقعیت سرمایه داری وجود دارد. مالکیت خصوصی سرمایه داری، دارد جامعه را مانند شمشی آهنی که به پا بسته شده است، به زیر می کشاند.

بدیهی است که هیچ تغییر چندانی پس از زلزله سال 1999 که ویرانی بزرگی در کوجالی، ساکاریا، استانبول-اوجلار و دوزچه ایجاد نمود، به وجود نیامده است. حتی می توان گفت که عملکرد دستگاه دولتی بورژوازی پس از 20 سال با حزب عدالت و توسعه حتی بیشتر از این باز پس رفته است. در طول 20 سال گذشته، سریعترین راه برای بسط نمودن اقتصاد و فریب رای دهندگان و به ویژه تقویت باندهای مشتریان سرمایه، ورم نمودن حباب ساخت و ساز بود. منابع دولتی بدون تامل غارت گشتند، دستگاه دولتی پر از پارتیزان های بی صلاحیت گردید.

هم اکنون ذکر شده است که حداقل 10 درصد خانه ها و ده ها هزار نفر جان خود را در زلزله ای به بزرگی 7 ریشتر و بالاتر در استانبول که جمعیت آن نزدیک به 20 میلیون نفر است، از دست خواهند داد. علیرغم این سناریوی کابوس وار

که سال‌ها در دستور کار بوده است، دولت عدالت و توسعه به جای کار بر روی اقدامات ایمنی و آمادگی  سازی در برابر زلزله، با پروژه‌های دیوانه‌ واری مانند کانال استانبول، خود را به غارت‌هایی عمیق‌تر مشغول نموده است.

روزنه امید

از همان ساعات اولیه زلزله، میلیون ها کارگر، نهاد های مردمی، تشکل های کارگری، اتحادیه های کارگری، سازمان های سوسیالیستی و هنرمندان از سراسر ترکیه برای رساندن کمک به زلزله زدگان بسیج شدند و هزاران نفر به منطقه گسیل گشتند تا کسانی را که در زیر آوار مانده بودند نجات بدهند و حمایت نمایند.

اگرچه دولت AKP-MHP ، برای حفظ نظم خود سال ها از طریق دامن زدن به اختلافات، تلاش زیادی را برای ایجاد آسیب رسانی در بافت اجتماعی انجام داده است، اما همبستگی اجتماعی در این فرآیند در بالاترین سطح، خود را نشان داد. در فضایی که دستگاه دولتی بورژوازی از کار افتاده بود، سازماندهی سریع جامعه به وضوح ضعف طبقه حاکم را آشکار نمود. ظهور چنین روحیه قوی همبستگی، به ما امید داد. به ویژه احزاب و سازمان‌های سوسیالیستی که در خط مقدم جنبش همبستگی قرار داشتند، در جامعه بازتابی مثبت پیدا نمود. بدینسان، می‌توان گفت که اعتبار سوسیالیست‌هایی که دائماً توسط دولت به حاشیه رانده می‌شوند، به میزان قابل توجهی افزایش یافته است. جدا از این، انرژی آشکار شده توسط جامعه که دائماً توسط دولت سرکوب می شود، فضای خوش بینانه ای را در اپوزیسیون اجتماعی ایجاد نمود. البته همه اینها باعث خشم ائتلاف AKP-MHP گردید. این واقعیت که هالوک لونت[1] مورد هدف دولت قرار گرفت، بازتابی از استیصال و از دست دادن حمایت حزب عدالت و توسعه بود.

در این مرحله، دفع مجدد گفتمان “وحدت ملی” از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار بود. در واقع، مخالفت با حزب عدالت و توسعه در جامعه به حدی بالا بود که CHP مجبور گردید در این موضوع قدم پیش بگذارد و این حرکت "اتحاد" حزب عدالت و توسعه تا حد زیادی بیهوده مشاهده گردید. از سوی دیگر، مهم است که موضوع صرفاً به مخالفت با حزب عدالت و توسعه محدود نگردد. آنچه ما به مثابه یک جامعه به آن نیاز داریم آگاهی طبقاتی است. سکوت کارگران و زحمتکشان سازمان نیافته در برابر سیاست های یورش و چپاول، فساد و تسلیم مالیات به سرمایه ارتباط مستقیمی با آگاهی طبقاتی دارد. بنابراین باید بی نظمی جامعه را شکست. از خودگذشتگی بزرگ سوسیالیست ها پس از زلزله بار دیگر اهمیت سازماندهی را آشکار نمود. کاری که یک حزب انقلابی با کادرهای بزرگ واجد شرایط می تواند انجام دهد بسیار عظیم خواهد بود. در جبهه کارگری هم اوضاع فرقی نمی کند. صدای میلیون ها کارگری که نظام آنها را محکوم به بی سازمانیابی یا تشکیل تشکل های مافیایی کرده است، خاموش شده است. گشایش این کانال ها در خط مقدم حیاتی ترین مسائل مبارزه طبقاتی انقلابی است. در غیر این صورت، طبقه کارگر همچنان به توده‌ سازمان‌ نیافته مطیعی مبدل خواهد گشت. اقشار پیشرو جوان پویا در طبقات کارگر باید به مبارزه سازمان یافته متوسل شوند تا بهایی بیشتر از این نپردازند و آینده خود را، خودشان تعیین نملیند.

فروپاشی

ما قبلاً در مورد این صحبت کرده ایم. در ترکیه، زمانی که بورژوازی، حزب عدالت و توسعه را به قدرت رساند و راه را برای اردوغان (و حتی گروه گولن) هموار نمود، در واقع سر خود را در طناب انداخت. در دست حزب عدالت و توسعه، نهادهای نظام بورژوایی و تمام کادرهای واجد شرایط دچار فروپاشی بزرگی گشتند. دستگاه عظیم دولتی که حتی نمی توانست در آتش سوزی جنگل ها مداخله نماید، هم اکنون در زلزله ورشکسته شده است. در این شرایط، بورژوازی ترکیه که  سودهای زیادی از تجارت پیمانکاری به دست می آورد، به دلیل سستی و خصلت انگلی خود، به هیچ وجه با وجود آنکه آنها این غارت حزب عدالت و توسعه را در حال مبدل شدن به یک باند حاکم را داشت می دیدید، با دولت مخالفت نکرد/ نتوانست بکند. "ترکیه بزرگ" رژیم AKP-MHP در زلزله ‌های 6 فوریه کاملاً نابود گردید. ما باید نظم جدیدی را ایجاد نماییم که بر مردم، کار، طبیعت و برادری متمرکز باشد. این تنها با انقلاب و قدرت کارگران میسر خواهد گردید. تنها راه نجات ما از این نظام که وعده ای جز فقر، ویرانی، جنگ و بربریت نمی دهد، مبارزه حزبی سازمان یافته است.

Not only the so-called “Great Turkey” of the AKP but also the whole system of plunder has collapsed!

We know that the distorted bourgeois system in underdeveloped countries cannot and will not meet the basic humanitarian and democratic criteria. That's why the democratic revolution or humanitarian capitalism can only be a hoax. In these countries, the local bourgeoisie and imperialists are dragging the working people to disaster in masses while they are building safeguarded lives for themselves in extreme luxury.

Cautions such as preparedness for disasters, necessary inspections and controls, planned and long-term scientific studies are of no use to local and foreign capitalists, mushroom petty-bourgeois contractors, or bourgeois parties and politicians. Resources are spent on the rich, not on these life-saving jobs; no one can stand in the way of their daily and short-term interests. Politicians intend to stay in power, and local administrators and bureaucrats get their fair share of bribery. In this way, they continuously steal from the lives of the workers.

The promptness, the organizational ability, the trained and experienced personnel, the necessary assistance… all of them have gone with the wind. There is no need to explain the miserable situation of the bourgeois state at length; it has been exposed in detail on social media and opposition TV channels. But it should be noted that the collapse of the system after the Maraş Earthquake is one of its kind that will go down in history. Turkey is not Haiti, Indonesia or Congo, it has a relatively developed industry, a trained workforce and above all a strong construction sector. In this state, the level of incapableness that the system has fallen into in Turkey is astonishing when viewed from afar. But as an example of the law of uneven and combined development, even a crane cannot be found to intervene in the wrecks despite the state-of-the-art technological facilities, or despite hundreds of thousands of volunteers who are candidates for professionalism in search and rescue, thousands of people are dying under the rubble, screaming for help. In short, there are huge gaps between the potential of the society and the capitalist reality. Capitalist private property pulls society down like an iron ingot tied to a foot.

It is obvious that nothing much has changed after the earthquake of 1999, which caused great destruction in Kocaeli, Sakarya, Istanbul-Avcılar and Düzce. It is even possible to say that the functionality of the bourgeois state apparatus has regressed even more after 20 years with the AKP.  During the past 20 years, the fastest way to enlarge the economy and deceive the electorate, and especially to boost the gangs of capital clients, was to inflate the construction bubble. State resources were plundered with no hesitation and the state apparatus was filled with unqualified partisans.

Now, it is mentioned that at least 10% of the houses will be destroyed and tens of thousands of people will die in an earthquake with a magnitude of 7 and above in Istanbul, whose population is almost 20 million. Despite this nightmarish scenario that has been on the agenda for years, the AKP government has occupied itself with the deepening plunders through the crazy projects such as Istanbul Canal, instead of working on the earthquake safety measures and readiness.

Silver Lining

From the very first hours of the earthquake, millions of workers, non-governmental organizations, labor organizations, trade unions, socialist organizations, and artists from all over Turkey, mobilized themselves to deliver aid to the earthquake victims, and thousands of people rushed to the region to save and support those who were under the rubble. Although the AKP-MHP government has been making great efforts for many years to create damages in the social fabric by fueling the divisions in order to maintain their own order; social solidarity showed itself at the highest level in this process. In an environment where the bourgeois state apparatus was out of order, the rapid organization of the society, clearly revealed the weakness of the ruling class. The emergence of such a strong spirit of solidarity gave us hope. Particularly, the socialist parties and organizations being at the forefront of the solidarity movement found a response in the society. Thus, we can say that the prestige of socialists, who are constantly  marginalized by the government, has been increased significantly. Apart from that, the energy revealed by the society, in which is constantly suppressed by the state, brought about an optimistic atmosphere in the social opposition. Of course, all this made the AKP-MHP coalition furious. The fact that Haluk Levent[1] was placed on the target board of the government was a reflection of the desperation and loss of support in the AKP.

At this point, the repulsion of the reheated ‘national unity’ discourse was of great importance. As a matter of fact, the opposition to the AKP in the society was so high that the CHP had to step forward on this issue and this ‘unification’ move of the AKP was largely in vain. On the other hand, it is of great importance that the issue is not limited to opposing solely to the AKP. What we need as a society is class consciousness. The silence of the unorganized workers and laborers against the raid and plundering policies, corruption, and the surrender of the taxes to the capital is directly related to the class consciousness. Therefore, it is necessary to break the disorganization of the society. The great self-sacrifice of the socialists after the earthquake once again revealed the importance of being organized. The work that a revolutionary party with large qualified cadres can do will be enormous. The situation is no different on the labor front. The voices of millions of workers whom the system has condemned to disorganization or creation of mafialike unions, have been silenced. The opening of these channels is at the forefront of the most vital issues of the revolutionary class struggle. Otherwise, the working class will continue to turn into submissive unorganized masses. The dynamic young leading strata within the working classes must resort to organized struggle in order not to pay higher prices than this and to determine their own future, themselves.

We have talked about this before. In Turkey, when the bourgeoisie brought the AKP to power and paved the way for Erdoğan (and even the Gülen group), it actually placed its head in a noose. In the hands of the AKP, the institutions of the bourgeois system and the entirety of qualified cadres suffered a great collapse. The huge state apparatus, which could not even intervene in forest fires, has now gone bankrupt in the earthquake. In this situation, because of its sluggishness and parasitic character, the Turkish bourgeoisie, in which made great profits from the contracting business, by no means, did not/could not oppose the government, even though they were seeing this plunder of the AKP as it was becoming a ruling gang. The “Great Turkey” of the AKP-MHP regime was utterly trashed by the February 6 earthquakes. We have to establish a new order that focuses on people, labor, nature and brotherhood. This will only be possible with the revolution and power of the workers. Our only way of salvation against this system, which promises nothing but poverty, destruction, war, and barbarism, is an organized party-struggle.
